Absinthe White is not colored and is perfectly balanced. It contains all the classical herbs and will louche beautifully. Don't let the clear content of this bottle fool the eyes as Absinthe White was produced for those who would like a clear absinthe drink and for those who want make their own absinthe with their own choice of color.

Minimum alcohol strength = 45%
Recommended alcohol strength = 55% +

Strong alcohol is necessary for the herb oils to fully dissolve.

Absinthe White makes a bottle of 750ml (US 25 fl oz) Absinthe, mix with 60-70% (120-140 proof) vodka or Everclear. You could use 40-50% vodka (80-100 proof) but stronger is preferred. Thujone content in a 750ml bottle will be 35 mg.

this is the jewel of the family in my opinion! i would liken the taste to Clandestine Le Bleu. very suisse in taste and aroma. a wonderful bouquet of herbs seem to awaken the senses upon initial blending. a neat shot, using my recipe, is absolutely remarkable in its smoothness (see my classic essence review for the recipe). i have always enjoyed a good bleu, or white, and this is one heck of a product. i must say that i was very critical at first, but this is absolutely an authentic absinthe, i measured mine at almost 40mg thujone content, i don't know if i got lucky or what, but it definitely does NOT take more than a few sips to feel the green fairy tapping on your shoulder.....4 glasses and you are trodding through fairyland! absolutely wonderful product! a must have for anyone who doesn't want to spend a small fortune on an overrated bottle of commercial blend.....kudos! bravo!!
