Small products orders are sent as first class letters RRR (Return Receipt Request). For orders over 2kg, we use first class postal parcels. Please allow 10 days for delivery outside Europe and 5 days within Europe.

Returns

Returns are refunded if:
- Products have not been opened

- We have the product in original condition returned by you to our offices in Sweden

We will deduct the freight cost and our handling fee from the amount.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- You change your mind after products are shipped
- You do not accept your product from the post
- The products have been opened or are not returned in original condition
